One of the most intimidating things about paint furniture is the prep work. There is cleaning and sanding and wiping, step after tedious step to just get ready to paint.  And if you want to tackle a full kitchen of cabinets, forget about it.  You’ll spend what will seem like the rest of your life in this project black hole!

That is why I absolutely LOVE this paint. Annie Sloan Chalk Paint takes the prep out of the paint project! You still will want to clean your furniture or cabinets but that is all! Just pick up the brush and go! No sanding, no priming!! After two, maybe three coats of paint you can start using your updated piece.

There is an added level of protection for those highly used pieces…the wax finish. It is as simple as the painting. Just wipe it on, then wipe off the excess!  The great thing about using chalk paint is that it is so popular right now and there are tutorials all over YouTube.
